Every California Young World class is led by a qualified teacher specially trained in the care and guidance of young children. Because these are the important years when the child's attitude toward learning is being formed, we feel it is essential that this experience be under the guidance of competent professionals. Teachers are encouraged to use their professional judgment in adapting material to the needs of the class and the individual child. This flexibility is important because it ensures that the child comes first and that his pre-school experience will leave him with a positive sense of accomplishment.

Our curriculum of academics and creative arts leaves ample time each day for active play and quiet time. We also endeavor to make ours a love-centered world, for that is the most important ingredient of all.
